A Taste of Italy in the Poconos
Mamma Lucia’s Brick Oven Pizzeria & Restaurant is located in a historical farmhouse on the property of Sorrenti’s Cherry Valley Vineyards. We are proud to bring you Italian family specialties including gourmet pizza, pasta, wraps, and more in our one of a kind Le Panyol wood fired brick oven. Each hand stretched pie is placed on top of imported Lamage White Earth bricks, mined from the foothills of the Rhone Valley in France. The pizza cooks a short three minutes at 750 degrees, yielding a final product that is very crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy inside. We achieve a full flavor profile in the dough thanks to our use of imported Italian “Tipo 00” flour.
Due to the unique construction and dome shape of the oven, only three pizzas can be fired at once.
We have beautiful outdoor seating featuring views of the winery grounds & accommodating live music each week. Mamma Lucia’s is open daily from 12pm to 9pm. Come and enjoy our brick oven specialities and fresh made sangria! Take-out available. Reservations are not required.
